SDC Mobile Notary LLC

• All mobile appointments require advance confirmation and are subject to availability, location, safety, facility access, and scheduling requirements. 
• Applicable fees are reviewed and accepted before the appointment is confirmed and before dispatch. 
• Georgia notarial acts are charged at $2 per act. 
• Notarial fees are separate from mobile service, travel, printing, scanning, parking, waiting time, administrative support, and other approved charges.  
• Final pricing is based on the location, appointment duration, number of documents, number of notarial acts, and requested administrative support. 
• Parking, tolls, extended waiting, additional printing, witness requirements, and approved after-hours exceptions are quoted separately. 
• Payment may be made through an approved invoice, secure payment link, credit or debit card, or another method confirmed during scheduling. 

• Appointments may be cancelled without charge when notice is received at least 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment. 
• The confirmed mobile appointment fee remains due if cancellation occurs after the notary has departed or arrived. 
• The mobile appointment fee also remains due when service cannot be completed because: 
  • The signer is unavailable. 
  • Acceptable identification is not provided. 
  • Required witnesses are unavailable. 
  • Documents are incomplete or missing. 
  • Facility access is denied or significantly delayed. 
  • The signer is unwilling, unaware, or unable to proceed. 
  • Concerns involving coercion or other circumstances prevent notarization. 
• Statutory notarial fees are charged only for notarial acts actually completed. 

• Documents must be selected and substantially completed before the appointment. 
• Administrative support may be provided for documents already selected or received from an authorized source. 
• SDC Mobile Notary LLC does not select legal forms, determine document provisions, interpret legal language, explain legal rights, or provide legal advice. 
• Questions concerning document selection, wording, capacity, estate planning, or legal effect should be directed to a licensed Georgia attorney. Georgia law restricts unauthorized legal-document preparation and other activities defined as the practice of law.
